- We do not hold a licence from the SCA, DFSA, FSRA, SAMA, CMA, QFCRA or any other GCC regulator.
- We do not hold a licence from the FCA, CySEC, MiFID II competent authority, SEC, CFTC, NFA, ASIC, MAS, SFC, JFSA, SEBI, RBI or any other financial regulator.
- No such status should be inferred from our branding, our content, or any communication.
You are responsible for determining whether using the Service is lawful where you are. We restrict access from jurisdictions where distribution would create unacceptable regulatory risk — see Terms & Policies §4.3.
