Our regulatory position, stated plainly
We are not regulated as a financial services provider, anywhere.

- We do not hold a licence from the FCA, CySEC, MiFID II competent authority, SEC, CFTC, NFA, ASIC, MAS, SFC, JFSA, SEBI, RBI or any other financial regulator.
- No such status should be inferred from our branding, our content, or any communication.
You are responsible for determining whether using the Service is lawful where you are. We restrict access from jurisdictions where distribution would create unacceptable regulatory risk — see Terms & Policies §4.3.

Drafting note. This index must stay in step with the underlying pages: every link should resolve and every document referenced in the "Laws we have written these documents against" table should actually be reflected in the policy text. A trust centre that over-claims coverage is worse than one that says less. Bracketed
